SPC And Vinyl Flooring
Durable and waterproof glue down or click in tiles that simulate a hardwood floor
Vinyl Flooring
Vinyl flooring has a PVC core and the planks are flexible. Although you cannot repair a vinyl floor once its been damaged, it is a lot easier to just lift one plank and replace it with a new one because each plank has been individually glued down.
Vinyl flooring is a more cost effective way to get the benefit of a wood look whilst still being waterproof and durable. Most vinyl flooring available have quality digital prints mimicking wood and some have added a roughness to mimic the texture as well.

SPC Flooring
SPC flooring is a stone plastic composite that is extremely durable and waterproof. Available in a click in system similar to laminate flooring these rigid vinyl tiles have a soft padded underlay attached underneath to ensure comfort under foot.
Whether you are looking to mimic wood, stone or screed like flooring, SPC is a great option as it is much easier to install and very long lasting. With its rigid core, SPC is not as flexible as its Vinyl counterpart but still adds dent resistance and is more stable in fluctuating temperatures.
